Brotations is a site created by daughter-mother duo Jordan and Becky Bro. Brotations are dedicated to promoting happiness, wellness and healing. We understand that suffering and unhappiness are caused by our thoughts and reactions to stimuli. We believe that by opening our hearts and minds to the idea of shifting paradigms and changing perspective we have the ability to manage our thoughts and to practice the art of being happy each day from moment to moment. Our Lady Peace, Canandian Alternative Rock Band seems to understand this concept naming their third studio album "Happiness.....Is Not a Fish You Can Catch." In other words if you are pursuing happiness for happiness sake, you may be searching in all the rong places and giving attention to that which might lead away from your destination. The world we live in bombards us with negativity on a daily basis and we must make a concious choice to seek out all that is beautiful, loveley and inspiring.The picture above holds special meaning for Jordan Bro. When she looks at the remains from the broken branch, she sees a smile. It is as if the tree itself has found a purpose for its suffering--to bring  a tiny bit of love to someone who is aware  and is looking to see beauty in their surroundings, to find meaning in chaos. What we see and what we feel depends upon how we choose to see the world. Our goal at BroTations is to encourage each one of us to find the beauty and meaning all around us.
