BroMama: A lesson in irony

OK, I have now seen this posted from both a hardcore left-wing site and a hard core right-wing site...Anyone else see the irony in that? ....Is this really the only thing we can agree on in this amazing UNITED STATES of AMERICA? Are we only united in our insults of one another? What has happened to us. What have we allowed to happen to us. We have got to get beyond the talking points and what someone else is telling us to think and start talking to, NOT AT, each other if we have any chance of bringing this Country back together. Washington isn't going to do it. "Extreme" liberals and "extreme" conservatives aren't going to do it. They are about divide, demean and destroy the other side--whatever it takes. We need to get past our own pride. We need to stop letting our emotions be stirred up by half truths that are spun specifically to generate our ire so that we will stop thinking rationally and just act in anger. We are all smarter than that! Every person who doesn't believe as you do is not an idiot and deserves a little more respect than an over-used generalized insult. It just isn't logical. Perhaps we can step away from the 24/7 news stations of our choice, that we believe are so smart and superior, with all their sarcasm and hateful rhetoric of the other side; and, maybe, just maybe we could start talking to each other rather than at each other. Maybe just maybe We The People could do what Washington can't--Unite not Divide~Beck
